Payroll Admin Down £19000

My client based in Co Down requires a Payroll Administrator to cover maternity leave, to assist with the day to day processing of the company payrolls.

The main responsibility of the Payroll Administrator will be the entry of weekly timesheets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

·        Preparation and validation of weekly timesheets

·        Assist with the data entry of weekly timesheets onto the payroll system

·        General day to day administrative duties within the department

·        Assist HR department with any administrative duties

The successful candidate will have previous payroll experience and show excellent attention to detail.  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel alongside the ability to work to rigid timescales is a must.
